Get excited

When I was in the States last month I bought the first and second seasons of How I Met Your Mother on DVD. I’ve slowly been making my way through the first season and find the show hysterical. In a New Year’s Eve episode, one of the characters introduces his “Get Excited Mix” and plays the first song on the CD – Bon Jovi’s “You Give Love a Bad Name” – for the others several times throughout the episode.
Inspired by the idea of the mix, I’ve been thinking about what songs would make the ultimate “Get Excited Mix”. Aside from Bon Jovi’s “You Give Love a Bad Name”, I would add the following:
“Ready to Go”, Republica
“It’s My Life”, Bon Jovi
“Push It”, Garbage
“Fly”, Hilary Duff (yes, for real)
I’m not sure what else should be added. What would you add?

I kind of like ‘my name is luca’, by suzanne vega! Oooh and don’t forget our beloved alanis morissette – the jagged little pill cd 😉
